Cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil Felix Bio, obtained through a blend of different cultivars such as Rotondella, Carpellese and Frantoiana. The olives are harvested by hand and pressed within 24 hours by mechanical means. The intense taste of this oil makes it perfect for use raw on grills, soups, salads and croutons. This oil lends itself to being combined with any type of dish, not just meat and fish.
