Our Story
Tenuta Mennella has its roots in a story that tells the values of a family, the passion handed down from generation to generation, the experience of a man who transmits his love for nature to his grandson Andrea when he is still a child, day after day.
That child grows up but time does not fade his memories of happiness lived by walking among the olive trees with his grandfather, and with a new enthusiasm he decides to re-embrace his rural origins
Our Story
Thus was born Tenuta Mennella, which aims to be a farm anchored to the past but at the same time projected towards the future.
A future that sees a growing attention to agriculture carried out in accordance with the values of the past.
The first phase of Andrea Mennella’s new project sees the recovery of an ancient olive grove for the production of extra virgin olive oil from Cilento area.
Half a century of history
Grandfather Luigi
Grandfather Luigi buys a piece of land in which there are 50 olive trees, destined to satisfy the family’s needs.
The first extension
At first grandfather Luigi first, and then also his son, plant other olive trees with the desire to expand their production and allocate a portion of the harvest to the market
Andrea Mennella
Fifty years later the farm counts 300 olive trees and Luigi’s nephew, Andrea, takes the family business into his own hands
The first bottle
The first bottle of Tenuta Mennella Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced

Since 2019, Tenuta Mennella join the program for the organic land conversion
