MEDIUM FRUITY:Radicem extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted and obtained through a blend of different cultivars of Salerno origin (Rotondella, Carpellese and Frantoiana cultivars). The olives are hand-picked and pressed within 24 hours by mechanical means. Intense on the nose and decisive on the palate, this oil is suitable to accompany meat dishes, grilled vegetables and to enrich salads and soups.
